Paf Acquires Online Gambling Operator Winga
Paf, the Aland-based online gambling group, has acquired the four year old online gambling operator Winga from a leading Italian based multinational group of companies, Buongiomo Spa, for an undisclosed consideration. The deal between Paf and Buongiomo SpA includes the WingaTV television channel.
The acquisition will also see Winga become a subsidiary of the Paf Group while Winga’s activities will continue operating under the Winga brand and online at Winga.it.
The television channel integrates with the company’s online gambling offers and games programs are broadcast each day via the Italian digital terrestrial television network and online streaming. The channel’s output is linked to Winga.it’s gaming offers.
Based in Milan, Italy, Winga offers players casino, poker as well as bingo products and is powered by software from Playtech, the world’s largest supplier of online gaming and sports betting software.
